The inaugural TechFormation Report highlights the dynamic way the Commonwealth's public agencies, academic institutions and technology-based economic development groups are helping Pennsylvania through its transition from a traditional economy to an innovation economy.
TechFormation also benchmarks Pennsylvania's performance in several key "innovation metrics," against several other states with economies similar to the Commonwealth's, and also identifies areas where the Commonwealth needs to improve.
